Simply a great experience... What a great experience. This was our third new Mini purchase at Herb Chambers Mini BMW of Boston - this time with Samuel Hesketh-Tutton. Sam showed such amazing knowledge of his products and an great understanding of what our needs were. We'll go back to Sam again!

Best Staff ever!!! Herb Chambers is #1. Best customer service ever. I recently took my car for repairs the only problem I have is the very next day the light went on which said add coolant. I figured it might have been checked out when it was there. For the light to appear, I felt might have been an oversite. If I have a leak then I would expect it would be covered under my warranty when you had my car.
