Straight talk, great service! I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper S Clubman in for it's annual check up! Had my oil change and summer to winter tire/rim sway out done in just over an hour, quick! Also got straight talk on issues related to my front end and brakes that will eventually have to be addressed, but thankfully not right now!

BMW 5 series service No issues, loaner car was there and ready . Car was serviced next day . Washed and vacuumed. All good hopefully will not have the need to return. Service was great

First Mini purchase Researched Minis and found the one with options and price point at HC dealership.in Boston. Janely was helpful answering specific questions and quick to respond. At the dealership, Brian assisted during the test drive and sale. He was very knowledgable, personable, and pointed out all the features. Annual BMW CheckUp I had a great rapport with Chris Mayer who helped me. He stayed in touch with text messages, organized a ride for me through Lyft and was very accommodating and helpful.
Great Service Department Even though the dealer can be busy and not have a early date available with a loaner. I prefer Herb Chambers BMW of Boston to bring my car for service. Thanks to my service advisor Samik, he always takes care of me with my Bmw's service .Also car is ready when promised with everything done correctly . Thank you !
Excellent service. Super service as usual. we did replace the 4 tires and it was done in 1 hr. just a bot too long waiting to get the car once service and paid.
