X3 Lease Ahmed has been great to deal with from the start! He is friendly, jovial, and provides great customer service. He answered all questions during the test drive for my wife and I, and after, on the phone and by email.. He made sure that the right car was located for us and we received benefit of the latest lease offer from BMW. He has since helped with floor mats to velcro stickers for the EZ pass sensor. Helpful and responsive From the start, Herb Chambers was helpful and responsive in addressing our questions and concerns. In particular, our salesperson Ali went above and beyond in transitioning us into a new Cayenne.

X1 oil service Dan Blash was great! Friendly, knowledgable and efficient in getting my paperwork processed. He saw me come in to pick up my car and had my paperwork ready too! Jing Lau sold me the car and he saw me when I was dropping off my car for service and he as always greeted me and asked me how I liked the car. Jing is friendly and cares about his customers!

X5 service James was great, really appreciated having the car ready when I got there. Very knowledgeable about what the car needed and the cost of everything

BMW in for Service James Gibbons is a great service manager! He always provides clear explanation of what is needed, expected timelines, etc. He also provides helpful advice on next service expected. So helpful!

1st time at Herb Preston in the sales department was knowledgeable, helpful and return my calls. Jasper in management was also knowledgeable but I felt like I was at a used car lot in Florida. He put pressure to buy the $10000 maintenance package and when I settled on the $3000 package he was done . All of a sudden he had someone from the service department that was more important to talk too. Almost blow the deal Jasper if it wasn't for such a nice car.

Thanks, as always! Everything was handled quickly, with good humor and full disclosure of what was needed, costs, and the like. Everyone in service is always a pleasure to work with, especially my Mini guys. My *only* suggestion is to turn down/off the TV in the customer waiting area - it's loud and most people seem to be on their phones or working in the "study carrels." But that is a very trivial concern. Mostly, I love visiting Herb Chambers for service!

Excellent experience altogether David is exactly the opposite of the traditional image of the car salesman. He is attentive, listens well, and never makes you feel like you are being pressured into buying a car. Instead, he provides advice and balanced information, lets you arrive at your decision by yourself, and then makes sure that you have a positive experience until you drive away - and beyond. He is one of those rare people in the business who will admit when he doesn't have an answer, looks for it and follows through.... read more

CPO - 330i x drive Richard was excellent. He explained the process in a concise manner that was easily understandable. The process was easy and efficient. We purchased a CPO.
