Helpful and positive experience I bought a Mini and dealt with Samuel Hesketh-Tutton. Sam was extremely helpful and made buying a car an enjoyable experience. I would recommend working with Herb Chambers and Sam when considering a car purchase.

Highly recommend Herb Chambers for sales or service I just purchased a 2019 Mini Clubman after 3 prior leases. Samuel Hesketh-Tutton did a good job helping us sort out end of lease possibilities, a new lease or purchasing. Highly recommend Herb Chambers for sales or service I've had almost ten years of good experiences. And if you are buying or leasing, talk to Sam.

Terrific Experience I bought my first MINI about 6 months ago. From start to finish, the whole experience was terrific at Herb Chambers Boston. When I arrived for my appointment, I met Sam Tutton. He listened to what I was looking for, educated me on the various models, and then worked with me to find something that would delight me. Mission accomplished, Sam! No pressure; just an overall fun experience. Thank you, Sam. I LOVE my MINI. P.S. Yes, I WILL be back for my first oil change.

Higor went the extra mile Had an electrical issue (wireless charging pad working intermittently) that was proving difficult to replicate. I was adamant that it was indeed a problem that would require replacement - Higor arranged overnight testing that verified the issue, replacement part now working perfectly. Thanks Higor and BMW of Boston Service Dept. for making this right!

Goog Experience It took them more than 40 minutes to get my car once I had paid for the service. Not sure where the car was, but I think getting-the-car-back process can be improved. Also, pricing is very high. I know al components are original, but competition has much better pricing to the tune of making me think about changing to them. Other than that, it was great. James is very good.

Excellent customer service All services were performed, on-time, and the car was cleaned. We have worked with several different BMW dealerships over the years; this dealership is the most professionally run one we've used.

Servicing my X3 Great experience. From booking to vehicle pick up, highly efficient and friendly. Only small issue was a relatively lengthy wait to actually get my car. Still it was prime pick up time so I understand. Loved the text message process as well as my paid LYFT into the city.
