Communication vacuum Cannot recommend svc. dept until they address systemic customer communications issues. Took 4+ hrs. to reach advisor for status up-date on vehicle that was in for scheduled maintenance/recall repair - note vehicle dropped off 3 days prior. Experienced multiple call disconnects (4), multiple unresponsive pages by receptionist (3), unreplied text msg, and when finally reached advisor was told that I must have missed text/email that vehicle was ready. Awesome sale Ahmed has been wonderful and super helpful sales representative Samuel is the worst finance guy I've ever worked with. Will get upset at you if you don't buy any coverage... Very long relationship with this dealer, will still go there.

Disappointed I bought my car on October 22nd & returned it on the 23rd because of a roof problem today is the 29th I still don't have it, needless to say not happy

Service not Thorough This is the 3rd time I have experienced the same problem. After service they never clear notifications and that is annoying leaving the work for the customer. Also, the guy receiving the car was rude and arrogant which I reported to service manager. Not acceptable.

Replace oil pan only Valvoline Oil had stripped out the bolt on my oil pan, so they agreed to have Herb Chambers replace it. When I got my quote they told me that I needed to replace the gaskets on the oil filter and engine also. Ever since I drove into the service department the only issue I had was with the oil pan bolt being stripped. Now I'm having issues with the front end and the 2 gaskets. I which I never went to Valvoline and also never went to Herb Chambers to have it repared, because now the vehicle runs like xxxx ... read more

Need to improve service at pick up time Good service all around but disappointing disorganized at time to pick it up: I had to call to see if car was ready (it was supposed to be) as no one had called for a few hours. The person in service had to look for the needed papers on the trash as they were not in their files. I was told car was ready when I arrived to pick it up but had to wait about 1/2 hour as car was lost to the employees. Unclear Expectations My interaction started out on the wrong foot as I thought I had booked an annual tune up but wasn't yet eligible until mid-October due to my low mileage and timing from the last tune up. I took a day off from my busy work at Harvard University to get the car inspected. I could have done that across the street from my house at a gas station. Better phone service Did not like phone reception. Consider brake complaint and long appt and suggested go elsewhere when I spoke up. Still do not believe brake pedal can go all the way to Floor in panic stop
