Did not put any oil back into my engine Almost had an engine failure after I picked my car up from having a new gasget replaced as I was driving the warning lihht went off on my dashboard saying the car was "dangerously low on oil" total jole right? Noooo I returned to service department the service rep apologized had the car runnee fill my enfine with some strat cans of oil he found laying sround in the service bay what a joke and the price for all of this was over $900 the service department is ripoff city I have had my BM... read more

Waste of time If you are the kind of person that enjoys being lied to and having your time wasted then this is the dealer for you! If you call about a car that has already been sold they will tell you its available anyway. Just so you can waste your afternoon, drive over there and have them "try" to sell you a different car. Not only did the person tell me the car is available but she also told me that if anything were to change before the scheduled test drive, she would call me. She obviously didn't. What a terrible dealership It may have his name on the building, but this can't be what he invisioned was the model of service Herb set out to achieve. Seems everyone wants to get their commission, but when did good customer service go by the wayside. Stay away if you value your sanity.

very very bad service very hard to buy a car this is unusually. Last week I saw a used car i like on the website. so i called, a girl answer the phone and told me the finance DPT would call me on the next day. however, no one call me, so I called back, and she told me the same, the finance DPT will call you the next day to give me the number(include tax, shipping, tag...fee)day after day, She always tell me the next day. that's too funny. it's been so many days now. so, why is so difficult???
