Great dealer with a fantastic service director Matt, the service director, went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. He was very responsive and friendly. I can't say enough good things about how happy I am with the service I received. This is a top notch dealer with top notch personnel.

Best salesman Recently visited H Chambers of Boston BMW. Mark Lande was my salesman. Best car salesman I have dealt with in 50 years. Knew the products. Spent lots of time with me. No high pressure or games. Great person to deal with.
Very knowledgeable David was great to work with. He was always very responsible and had the answers to all my questions. Sometimes things took a little longer than expected and he was very apologetic. One day, it was very busy and I came with short notice. I had come from work and Daivd gave me a slice of pizza while I waited. He knew the older model MINIs well and was able to compare my last model to the one I was purchasing. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Fairly efficient, responsive and positive experience We had a very good experience at this dealership and were very happy with how things turned out. The entire process went really well and I love my Mini. My only critique would be that it would have been nice to have gotten a follow-up call or email asking about the car was working out as there were a few glitches when I picked up the car. However, overall it was a very good experience.
Excellent experience. David did an excellent job in finding the right Mini for us. He is very helpful in every step of the process. We highly recommend him.

Great experience with my first M Been shopping for an M for months prior to visiting Herb Chambers. Emailed them and Internet team emailed back. Exchanged a few emails with Sara E., who was a doll and a pleasure to work with, and even tried hard to obtain the original Monroney sticker from the previous owner at my request. It's the relationship.... My wife and I went to Herb Chambers of Boston looking for a BMW X3 to replace our Audi Q5 (which had a catastrophic engine failure just past the end of the warranty).
