Bug-Be-Real I had the pleasure of working with Kevin over the past several months. He went well beyond the scope of a normal transaction to help address several challenges in the transition into a new vehicle. Fantastic experience I initially was introduce to Sam Tutton and he was the salesperson that showed me the vehicle that I was interested in. He was very pleasant and very professional. After we took the car for a ride I started dealing with Katy George she also was very professional and very pleasant. She did every thing she could to make this deal happen. Didn't take much to convince me! I have never owned a BMW, in fact I didn't like that last one I rode in previously. However, the first time Kevin showed me a new one I was hooked. And he was great, I started small and worked my way through half the models, trying to find the one for me! He never gave up, with out being a pest, we drove a half dozen before I settled on the perfect 530i. Try and get me out of it now! Thanks to Kevin and Herb Chambers I'm now one of the converted. Go there, and buy a car!!!!

Excellent service all around David is someone I would immediately go back to and would highly recommend. Everything was top-notch, professional, honest, and quick. He knew what my expectations were and didn't mess around trying to put me somewhere uncomfortable. In fact, he seamlessly exceeded my expectations and I ended up buying a better car. He surely deserves Five stars, no question.

Treats Customers with Respect Working with David was an absolute pleasure. He was respectful and informative. You could tell he really loves and is passionate about the product he sells. I think my favorite part was the look on his face when he let me put the Mini on sport mode on a twisting road!

New car I recently had the pleasure of working with Herb Chambers BMW of Boston, specifically Ahmed Jabrane, who helped me drive off in an M5. I was very picky about the type of car I wanted and Ahmed catered to all of my needs. He found an M5 that fit my taste and ordered it from BMW's NJ processing center, and after an hour or so of paperwork and going over the car, I got to drive off in it. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend BMW of Boston to anyone looking to get a new car!
