I don't live in San Antonio but when I go to get my car... I don't live in San Antonio but when I go to get my car serviced everything goes perfectly as planned. They take less than 4 hours, they lend me a loaner vehicle, and clean my car before it's returned to me. Alamd Rosario and Ryan Watson have been so helpful I would definitely recommend them when you need to get your car serviced.

However, I was a bit put off by two individuals working in the bay (a valet and a woman who checked in the loaner vehicle). Each used language that wasn't exactly customer-centric during their interactions with me. The valet ordered, "Move it up!" rather than "Could you move your vehicle forward please?"
