True promise delivered. No hard sales, no pushing and really a collaborative sales process. Loved the experience. The sales person Mike was so awesome and gave the right advice at every point. All car dealerships should be like Princeton Mini.
I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Rich was a fantastic salesman and a pleasure to work with. He was honest and extremely polite, which is saying something because I am a very aggravating person. I picked up my new Focus today and again had a great experience with all the employees. I noticed the gas tank wasn't filled and was immediately told to bring it back and it would be taken care of. I love my car and will absolutely do business here again!

Great level of honesty and integrity for service advisor David, needed to replace license plate bulbs and was told it was under warranty. After service was completed, David also informed me he found a service special for 4 wheel alignment and automatically applied it towards the bill. Both service requests including providing before and after specs print outs for alignment was fulfilled, no questions asked. Absolutely an excellent car buying experience. First contact Kyle completely helpful for an initial visit. Thank you. Two weeks later: Alex was as informative and friendly as my wife and i could expect. Any questions were immediately answered with complete and clear descriptions. I am very happy with the overall car purchasing process in this dealership. Alex, Jim(sales) and Ben(finance) are very friendly, honest and nice people. I also did a trade-in and got a reasonable amount for that car. I can recommend this dealership to anybody.
