Alex & the entire staff at Princeton Mini has treated me well and helped me achieve my dream car. I went to them in October of 2012 and they helped me get a 2008 Mini Hardtop and worked out a good price to get me into it. When my 2004 Mini Cooper "died" unexpectedly...I was not prepared to buy another one so soon. But after returning to my original Princeton Mini Dealership, the agents there were friendly, intelligent, helpful and understanding....in a way that only a MINI agent would understand a Mini owner. This dealership comes highly recommended for courtesy, service -- giving it an overall A+ ! "Bustin' bugs and burnin' gas" I love my brand new Mini Cooper.

Phenomenal dealership to work with. Everyone that I have spoken to or dealt with at the dealership have been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Benjamin Webb is an excellent "motoring advisor" and I highly recommend seeing him. I went in looking for a used Mustang advertised on a auto webside and left driving and absolutely FUN Mini Cooper. Phenomenal experience. Definitely the best dealership experience yet for me. I've had ford/chrysler/honda experiences that are nowhere near Mini. All of the employees were great. Can't give a 5 for price only because, it aint a cheap car :) But no regrets here!

Alex was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Mini Countryman. Overall, I was very impressed with Alex. Jeremy, the finance manager & Frank were very helpful in making this sale happen. I will definitely come back to Princeton Mini in the future!

I have never written a review before but Sales Manager Jim Kostack, Salesman Kyle Burns and Business Manager Alex Frank made my buying experience so uncommonly simple that i felt compelled to write one. After initially contacting Jim and expressing interest in my car, i was at the dealership, had test driven (Thanks Kyle!), recieved a much better interest rate (Thanks Alex!) and purchased the car in less than 24 hours! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by nice helpful folks. I had previously been to Mt. Laurel Mini and no one greeted me and they made me wait and they did not have any used Minis but their website said they did. I called Princeton Mini before I made the trip to see if they had any used Minis and Alex Escobar said they did. I asked what he had, he told me, I asked if the price was negotiable and he said yes.
