I had a great experience dealing with mini of Saint Louis. Dustin was very knowledgeable about my Mini Cooper hardtop. He helped me through the process and delivery. Great process! Great people! Great cars! They know what they are doing at Mini of Saint Louis.
The process was surprisingly fast and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We would recommend Mini STL to anyone that is in the market for one of these fine vehicles.
Super buying process. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. I didn't have to waste a lot of time playing games - just straightforward and easy to make the deal and get everything processed. They've followed up and check on how things are going - just like you'd want. This is the second Mini I've purchased from Mini of St. Louis and I'll definitely be back. The most recent purchase made was the third vehicle we have purchased from Mini of St. Louis. Every purchase has been a laid back, easy going process. This was our first purchase with Dustin (who came highly recommended) and was as nice as the others. They are fast, reliable, on time when drop you off your car.(service dept) I would buy a car there just because of the fantastic service when you purchase a car.
Very friendly, Dave checked the car when it entered and spotted one item needing replacement plus the battery & radiator hose support. Dave toke me back to the service person who explained the situation with the radiator hose connections and potential problems that would occur down the road. All items were repaired or replaced and I was back on the road within 1-1/2 hours. It was also great to see the discount on the charges. Thank you!!!! Larry ETN
Just purchased my third Mini Cooper S from Mini of Saint Louis. I, also, have taken all my Minis there for service. I have been nothing but satisfied. They are caring and honest. The sales team makes the process painless.
I would highly recommend buying a car at this dealership and I would ask for Bill Harada. He was very professional and very kind. Made my car buying experience an excellent one.
Bill Harada had invited me for a second date to answer any more questions I had about my MINI and it had been several months.
