Bought a used Mini from here and the whole experience was very positive. Everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful. I was made to feel welcome, and I appreciated that Kate and Mary worked hard to get me a deal I could live with! Thanks to Sam for having Kate work with me - she was great! Love my 'new' Mini upgrade! Very likely I will return when I want another Mini.
This dealer is one of the best dealers that I have worked with in years. My wife and I were recently searching for a car and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bill Harada , he could not of been nicer. I recently purchased my new MINI Cooper Countryman from MINI of St.Louis. I found it very easy to use Mini of St. Louis. They were super helpful and friendly. I was able to get the car I wanted and was not pressured for any kind of up sale of any kind. They let me pick out what I wanted and worked with me to get my loan. The only thing that I have encountered is taking longer than normal to get the title and safety test in order to get my car registered. This is probably because of the holiday.
Having purchased a 2016 Clubman, we already had great experience with Mini of St Louis. Recently, we needed another car in the family, and so decided to run by MiniSTL just to take a look around. Once again, we were greeted with a smile. To our surprise and delight, we walked out with a pre-owned Infiniti! Who would have know that MiniSTL would have delivered such outstanding service regardless of the make and model. To Dustin, Kate, Mary & Neil, our deepest appreciation. You guys are the best!
They have good hours, effective technicians, friendly management. They have gone out of their way to get me onto the shop, gotten there work done. I've always been happy with their work.
I called the day before and got appt. next day, I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to dealership for service but I was treated very good and they analized the problem very fast using the mini Cooper electronics and the descriptions I gave them. They got back to me faster than I expected and finished the work and cleaned the car that am between 7:30 and Noon.
