We called ahead to the dealership when we saw the Mini we wanted in inventory. Eric had the car prepped and waiting for us when we arrived. Test drove it and loved it! Low pressure purchase. All parties involved (including Todd English) were professional and acted accordingly.Eric made sure we totally understood the workings of our Countryman before we drove away. He continues to check on our puchase. Great experience.
Absolutely first class care and attention from Wade when we bought our Mini in June of 2006. He always kept us up to date, and answered all of our questions. The other sales people were quite nice, and easy to talk to. The service department has been very attentive also, and we've been treated extremely well by them.

Working for Home Depot in Operations , I completely grasp the utmost importance , and hiring people who do also. I sent 3 CONFIRMATIONS emails on AUTOTRADER.COM , one in a chat session requesting the unpublished ( ? ) price , and then waited 3 days. "After bringing my Mini Cooper to this shop, they..." After bringing my Mini Cooper to this shop, they recommended a new valve cover gasket, after suggesting that oil plugs needed changing..... we agreed. While working on that, they called, informing us that the valve cover itself was cracked and needed replacing... after all that work, now it leaks and burns a lot of oil... Niello mini offered to check it for more money :(
I have purchased two Mini Coopers from Niello Mini. The first was a 2013 r56 Hardtop. When I purchased the car in 2013, The salesman marked the price up 10% $2000. At the time this was my first car buying experience, so I was a little upset but just assumed this was the norm and didn't speak up or try to negotiate. Went to this dealer a few weeks ago looking to buy a used mini. I saw one online and went in to take a look at it. I had cash in hand, although I am only 19. I was approached by a salesman and chatted him up about the car and other stuff, what I was looking for, why, etc. I explained to him I had the money, and would be buying a mini by Friday (it was a wednesday afternoon). Walked through the showroom and "host" was too busy on computer to acknowledge me and the one salesman was with another customer. So I went to the parking lot, in/out of cars for 30 mins, still no help. So went back inside to grab brochures, "host" still playing on computer. I called the GM of the dealership who promptly called me back and was very nice and invited us back in. We went back to give them a second chance.
