"Unforgettable Surprise" Can’t speak enough for the dealership and the staff. First off, the selection of cars and expertise on the brand was impressive. "Excellent Customer Service" This is the second Mini I have purchased from Mini of Nashville. I had the opportunity to work with Tyler to find my next Mini . He did a great job finding the car I wanted and being sure the entire process was smooth. Everyone I met during the experience was upbeat, professional, and made me love my Mini even more.
"Best experience " I went into mini of Nashville only to look and learn about the brand. I was introduced to Shawn who was so incredible and knew what he was talking about. He listened to my wants and my concerns and showed me cars based on that. 4 hours later I drove home my mini.
"Good service, comfortable waiting area" I like the Nashville Mini dealership. I think that my Mini has been well cared for by them. My Mini will celebrate its tenth birthday this spring, and my visits are limited to annual check-ups. The service people are very helpful, explaining things as necessary so I can make the right decisions on optional services. The waiting area is very comfortable. HOWEVER. I have one minor complaint. "Great atmosphere, great team, easy process" The store atmosphere is really good, great lounge with water and coffee. Sales team spent the time and work with their fellow dealerships to find and bring the cars for test drives to the dealer without compromise. Thanks to Andrei, Cody, and Michael!
"Superior in every way" Our new Countryman is fabulous. It is well made, ergonomic, comfortable, roomy, luxurious and great looking! Mini of Nashville, the dealership, is even more fabulous. "No better Experience " I highly recommended visiting Mini Of Nashville. My experience in buying my second mini, was great. Shawn Harris was my sales consultant and as always Non pressure and very knowledgeable. He made sure I was buying what was right for me, he followed up a few times after I purchased. No better experience in my opinion.
