"Mini repairs " Team did a great job fixing the issue I had with my mini cooper thanks for the great response to my issue thanks again good job
"Service for 2006 mini cooper s convertible" Carlos was my service rep and he was great to work with. Wish there was a dealership closer to Gallatin. My main complaint is the expense of the work on the mini...but I do love my car!!!
"Solid Service" The service department at MINI of Nashville is awesome! They've taken excellent care of my Cooper S each time I've brought it in, and they make sure that the work on it is done right. I just wish they weren't so far away. Could we get a MINI of Chattanooga?

"Great service, Debbie went above and beyond!" It's always a pleasure to take my car here for service. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Debbie went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a bind by setting me up with a rental car, then when I left my garage opener in the rental, she fed-ex-ed it to me the following day. She was so easy to get a hold of and sent me timely updates about my car. The service is great, and very thorough. And, I love that my car gets washed before I pick it up.
