"Mini of Nashville" Wow where do I start. I must say this dealership is amazing and really do take care of their customers. I purchased my first mini from them last year and wanted to upgrade to a bigger one this year. "Consistently Great Experiences!" Our Mini started hesitating on the highway and running rough yesterday and managed to limp to Mini of Nashville late in the afternoon. Expecting to have to leave car for diagnosis and repair, Carlos and his team had us in and out in less than an hour with replacement coil and plugs. Although really impressed they had us back on the road so quickly, this is always our experience. Thanks again Mini of Nashville. Keep up the great work!

"2019 Mini Clubman" I entered the dealership with the idea of buying a 4 door Mini. I test drove a 2018 Clubman and was so impressed I bought a 2019 Clubman that had just come off the truck.
"Routine service with recall" I arrived for a routine service appointment on 5/9/18 (a Wed) and was told that my car also had a recall that would take a couple days so they sent me home with a loaner. I had not heard anything by the following Monday, so I called the dealer to check the status and learned that my car was done. Carlos and the team always do a great job on my mini. They needed to order a part so they gave me a loner since I live an hour and a half away. That was quite helpful! They fixed the mini right up and she's better than ever now.
