I recommend Mini of Nashville to anybody, if you are buying a car or servicing your car, The manager and his team are so extremely professionals, they know what they are doing, they can answer any question you have concerning your mini. Their courtesy and friendliness are amazing, every member of their team makes you feel very welcome.. Oh by the way, they have great coffee!
I purchased a used Mini Cooper S convertible from a friend. I'd only owned the car 2 weeks before it was due for routine maintenance and a recall on the convertible on the top. I live in Huntsville and had an 8:15 am appt. I arrived on time. The required services were performed and the vehicle was washed. I was out the door around 10:15 am. It was a great service experience. The staff was very friendly and professional

I had a coil go out in my 2012 S. Carlos told me to come in and lets look at it. It needed a few thing that go along with the coil. Also had a few Mini recalls that needed updated as well. I got a rental the my insurance covered but then He had to order parts and took longer than anticipated. Carlos took care of the rental ,told me not to worry about it. They did a great job with my car and the help and service. Carlos answered any question that I had even if I called two or three times.
Staff at Mini of Nashville went out of their way to determine the source of the issues, worked as a team to determine the solution and completed all the work promised in a timely manner. Communication was excellent during the course of the repairs and I was acccommodated with a loaner during the period the repairs were bing made. I highly recommend this dealership as they work hard to build relationships with the customer so that you are truly happy with the product. Thank you!

I wish I would have asked for a car to use so I wouldn't have had to sit and wait for 3 hours. Everyone was very friendly as usual.
This was my first time at this dealership and first time buying a Mini Cooper. I purchased a Mini Cooper S with the JCW package. I came from Washington DC to buy my car and I was met at the airport on time and by a friendly salesman. I was treated like a VIP the whole time.
