Really Fantastic customer service!! I took my mini in because of an engine light, I thought it was not a big deal but it actually was. They fixed everything and did even more than what I was there for. Jim was the best! They let me have a rental car so I didn’t have to sit there all day!! My Mini runs better than ever now!! So happy!!
5 Star Review: My husband and I just made a car purchase at the MINI of Kennesaw. Great service was provided by salesperson Treon “Tre” Simmons. Tre was personable, patient, answered all of our questions and expedited a “walk-in” test drive. In addition, he and all of the other dealership employees and customers wore masks, plexiglass was positioned at many of the service stations and hand sanitizer was offered throughout. Mini of Kennesaw takes care of their customers. I have been going for a few years for service on my 2012. Just bought a 2019 there and had great service from everyone! I highly recommend them. Thank you John, Matt and everyone for all of your help!
The staff is helpful and friendly.
I drove 2 hours to get my mini serviced I needed to make a change in places and I was recommended this place by a friend. They was as good as he said they would be. Thanks for the great service, I will be back.
