Customers to this location are greeted by knowledgeable, attentive, friendly staff who only have your complete satisfaction in mind. Sales and service employees are exceptional- Alan, Vince and Jim are amazing. The waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with coffee, drinks and snacks. The day I purchased my 2nd vehicle from them, they had brought in Chick-Fil-A. Everyone goes out of their way to accommodate you. Highly recommend MINI of Kennesaw.
Today, I had a great experience with MOK. Everyone from the receptionist to the GM were friendly and helpful. Vince, and Rick took us on a test drive. I'm now the new owner of a MINI S convertible. I highly recommend this dealership. 👍👍
I was having issues with my brakes & they made everything right, everyone was super friendly & they refunded my oil change that was covered under my warranty they accidentally charged me for, if your not sure about something ask them & they will make it right or help you better understand it, the new financial manager they just hired is very friendly & super helpful. Love my mini.

MOK’s Parts department is awesome second to none! I have 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman that the back side marker lights were not working. They were able to locate the correct parts so I could rebuild the maker connectors and repair the wire harness. They truly went above and beyond with their help. If I need a part in the future I will not hesitate using them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I took my Clubman lease in for maintenance but my mileage was outside of warranty. MOK recognized a growing problem with my mileage and maintenance with 2 years left on my lease. I left with a new Clubman that I own for just a little bit more than my lease. Good eye MOK, this is what I call WINNING!
