Mini of Kennesaw is awesome. The gentlemen in the service department are so sweet and extremely sharp. James has taken such good care of us! The other guys are great, too. I cannot compliment Rob (Service Manager) and his team enough. These guys are respectful, value my time (drive in from out of town), and make my car shine. The dealership is pleasant, quiet, and feels professional. You can actually have a private conversation instead of a loud sales pitch. After other dealerships, this is a treat!
A few years back I had a huge issue and Rob Kelly was able to calmly and professionally turn the situation around. We have serviced here at Mini of Kennesaw now for the last two years and have been very happy.... I completely credit it all to Rob Kelly. Now come to find out it’s just gotten better and the rates are so competitive that we’re not nervous to bring our older Mini in for service now!
