Dealt with Elizabeth, John and Al. There is a lot to looking into and buying a car! I felt that everyone put their best foot forward and treated me very fair. I had many questions and even spoke to the service manager, Jim. They all seem like good people!
Great salesperson (Mithra), and John did a good job as both the Sales-manager and Finance manager for me. Beautiful showroom. My only complaint would be to upper Brass, the dealership fees were very excessive! Had a large prep fee and a documentation fee.
Great end-to-end service experience during COVID-19 My MINI was showing an odd indicator light, and I try to be careful as I drive my toddler around. I wanted to get it checked out, but wasn’t sure if they were open during this crazy time. Luckily, I visited their site & saw the promo for pickup & drop-off service during the pandemic! Y’all! My 2015 hardtop had some major drama and got her valve stuck open. What a difficult way to drive! I got her to MINI of Kennesaw service team immediately. Without haste, they analyzed and discovered the issue. “Never have we had this happen to these model years!” Great, my car is a service Unicom.
