We stopped In to Mini of Kennesaw on a whim last weekend with no intention of buying a car, however the excellent care and expertise shown by Vince had us walking out with a new Jeep Wrangler several hours later! Vince was informative, kind and applied no pressure - easiest used car buying experience ever! Gabe in finance was wonderful as well! Although the location is an inconvenient 40 miles from my home, I am quite pleased with the Service Dept. Pepe’s air conditioner died a hot, tragic death on a 90 degree day, so I made the not so quick jaunt to MoK to get him checked out. My service manager was new, and I found it pretty comical when he accidentally got my and another car mixed up and asked me more than once “Isn’t the grey one yours?” No, Pepe is not grey. MOK is fantastic. Alan Freeman sold me my Mini and he had to find the right vehicle with all the specs I wanted and get it delivered to the dealership timely. He also gave me an awesome price and accommodated for the little hiccups that inevitably happen. Financing was also a breeze and I was able to put down exactly what I wanted the way I wanted without any problems. Customer service is the best. Had an appointment for scheduled, under warranty work. Decided to go ahead and buy a new battery while I was here, since mine was in the process of dying, and no other work is scheduled for another year. All is good now.
