I was there for service. However after walking around for a minute, Alan made a v-line to me to speak. I’ve owned 2 Mini convertibles. He might sell me my third.
There are no Mini dealerships in my town. I live > 200 miles away from these Mini dealers. I searched Autotrader and talked to many dealers about their cars. Staff at Mini of Kennesaw were by far the most professional, helpful, and pleasant. One dealership would not even return my call. I drove 5 hours to get to this dealer. I’ve been taking my 2013 JCW there for service every time for the last 3 years. The car has been modified, but they still provided a great service and honored my maintenance plan. They always kept me up to date as to what was going on and even offered a loaner should I needed one. I haven’t had a single issue with them until yesterday. I always have a pleasant experience at Mini Cooper of Kennesaw. The staff are very friendly ad efficient. I am verypeased that I decided to buy a Mini and that I bought it from there
I came for fixing my crashed onboard computer and I had Jim as service agent. Jim was super nice, attentive, and responsive. Though I waited for couple hours, Jim offered me shuttle and always kept me informed of the progress. I had to leave my car there overnight and there was no loaner around, Jim talked to the manager and I got a rental for free! The service department is top notch. After being given the run around by Mini of Knoxville, James the service advisor took my vin number, listened to my problems over the phone, and advised me that my car was under campaign for the HPFP and timing set. I shipped my car down from Cleveland TN and James called me 2 days later to tell me all of my rough idle and low power issues were resolved. When I asked how much I owed I was told $0. The absolute best car buying experience by far. I️ purchased my 5th vehicle at MINI, their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. They didn’t waste my time or make me feel like I️ was anything less than their highest priority.
