Alan did a great job in shepherding me through a complex service, despite the mini service department being swamped for a Saturday. Might look into adding more technicians on Saturdays.
My recent service visit was a pleasant one. Alan Mickinak was extremely pleasant, professional and thorough! He explained all of the details of the service visit, the repair orders and the associated expenditures perfectly. I am usually apprehensive and anxious when it comes to vehicle service appointments, but Alan made it a positive experience. I am very pleased!

I worked with Dan Bailey and he was awesome! He is a straight shooter and truly tries to work for the customer. I appreciated him listening to exactly what I wanted and for the price I wanted, and he made it work. I usually find buying a car a very aggravating experience, but not this time! I highly recommend this dealership and Dan. I will be doing business with them in the future.
