Fantastic all around. Prompt, timely, friendly. I was servicing my Mini on a weekend which pulled me to the BMW side so in reality this review is for BMW service center not Mini.
I knew what car I wanted and what price I was interested in paying. Dan was a good salesman--I didn't feel like he was playing games, and he wasn't condescending. I left with the car, so they closed the deal!
Danny was very friendly and got me in the perfect car! I will always go back to BMW of Annapolis when looking for a car.

I am currently driving my 3rd BMW from Annapolis and the last experience was smooth and painless. I appreciated the fact that I didn't spend the entire day sitting around the dealership just waiting for the deal to be sealed. Hunter was exceptionally thorough in going over all of the paperwork details with me as he was going over the vehicle and its bells and whistles. I will definitely be back for sure.
I just bought a 3 series from BMW Annapolis, I have to admit that the buying experience was great , especially the sale advisor Hunter Lowe took his time to look for the car I want within my limited budget , Thank you Hunter for being so helpul and patience to show me how to use my new toy, and I would definitely recommend my friends and family come to this amazing dealer At Annapolis.
I recently decided to upgrade to a BMW Convertible for my wife & our 25th wedding anniversary and saw one listed on their website, so I sent an inquiry. I'm so glad I did!! It was my 5th BMW purchase from BMW Annapolis and by far my most pleasurable one to date. They have always taken care of me, but their sales rep, Hunter and their finance person, were simply amazing and even helped plan the surprise unveiling to my wife.
