This is my second car I bought from BMW of Annapolis. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendly approach of the whole team especially my representative, Ben Allen. He walked me through the inventory and handled my trade in and I was able to get out there in less than three hours with my new car. Excellent!!
Service light came on. Was advised that the first scheduled opening was two days later. But come in we will see what we can do. They worked me in. Great customer and mechanical service.

After almost a month of horrible dealerships and frustration. A friend referred me to BMW of Annapolis and his son works there. The dealership isn't huge and the service waiting room isn't that fancy,but they do have lots of snacks and beverages to chose from while waiting for your car to be serviced.But,the surprise was how the service associate,Jeremy,worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done.Not only that,when I questioned the charges, he somehow found ways to lower my bill.Now who wouldn't be happy about that?My loaner car,no charge,was excellent and a clean,fixed car to leave the dealership....priceless!
