Great experience at BMW of Annapolis today!! A very friendly and even more knowledgeable sales person, Ben Allen, went out of his way to help me with my new M4. The fact that I didn’t buy my M4 at BMW of Annapolis didn’t stop Ben from helping me. He’s enthusiasm for BMWs was palpable. His M knowledge was impeccable and he brought to my attention several important aspects of the car, break-in period and performance features of my M. I will definitely refer my friends and seek him out for my next BMW. Thanks Ben Allen.
Bing Chen was awesome to work with in our purchase of a 2014 328d. His sales delivery was well balanced with a thorough explanation of the car, however did not inundate us with more than what we needed. The experience was everything that you hope carbuying should be, a relaxed atmosphere, but an appropriate focus on the customer experience. My sales person was Bing and I worked with the sales manager. Everybody was very professional. They were straight forward with me and we were able to make a deal within an hour. I was out of the dealership within 2hours. This includes talking to the sales person, trading my old car and finish all the paper work and drive home new car.
