After an unsuccessful visit to our local Mini Dealer (Sacramento), I contacted Jason at Mini of Concord through TrueCar. The experience was terrific. No pressure, we got exactly the car we wanted and got a fair price. We wound up special ordering a 2 door hardtop. I would definitely recommend Mini of Concord and Jason if you are looking for a Mini.

The dealer is very informative and beat the price with other dealers. I find it very friendly and helpful in phone , mail or in person.
After testing driving every car I could, I decided on the Mini Cooper Countryman. Love the car and the best part was having Butch Madayag as my sales person. He was terrific! Sent my son down to buy one the next week.

I live in the peninsula and saw my mini on the website. Talked to Jason K. and my mini was waiting for me. Jason was easy going, attentive, professional and was focused on getting me the best price. My first mini was purchased at SF mini but i’ll tell you they were snobs and my 2018 fully loaded mini is $3000 less than my 2007 mini.....figure that one out..
Once upon a time I shopped on-line for a Mini. My wife needed a new car and I was going to try and subtly steer her some. I familiarized myself with options and models and casually mentioned what a neat little car they were. She responded by asking if they offered a discount through _________ ( a membership store)? I built our Mini Countryman on line and then shopped it to four dealerships, Michael was the only one willing to work with me, that alone says a lot. We got the car ordered, Michael kept us aware of where it was in the process and when let us know when it got to the dealership. Buying the car was smooth, Michael knows the Mini inside and out and there is a lot to know. Totally enjoyable.
Mini of Concord is a great dealership. Michael Chavez is a outstanding sales person. Michael is not pushy and right to the point with a great sence of humor. Every one that help with the purchase of our Miniwas great.
