Butch Madayag is the best! He definitely made us feel at home and was very honest with us. He was very knowledgeable and was able to handle any questions that we had. From the test drive to the car search, Butch made sure that we were happy. He couldn't hunt down the exact specs that we wanted, but he was able to walk us through the "build your own" process so that we could get the exact MINI that we desired. First arrived at Mini of Concord and was looking around. Butch was the first person that came out and greeted us. He gave us space to look around and told us to let him know if we had any questions. After a couple minutes we ended up doing a test drive and just speaking to Butch we already knew he was the right guy to purchase from made everything extremely pleasant and easy. Ended up purchasing the car and couldn't have had a better experience.
Robert and Sergei were very helpful, answered every questions i had and still offers help even after the purchase. Most of the dealerships I've been to don't contact you anymore after purchase but Robert and Sergei still contact you to make sure you're comfortable with the car. Excellent service!
Michael Chavez is a superlative representative for his dealership and the Mini brand. He is highly informed, quietly and conscientiously helpful in every way. He listens well.
