"Inspection, oil change and ding repair" As you read this keep in mind that I reside mostly in Cape May NJ and had this app scheduled for about 1-2 months in advance as I have to plan to drive back and stay over a day or two for the service. "Not quite the great experience received at Exton location" I found the entire experience to be uncoordinated and disorganized, which is far from the experience I used to have at Exton. First, it is a difficult location to actually get into if you are traveling south on 202 because you cannot make a u-turn at Penn Oaks and you cannot access the lot from Penn Oaks without a special decal on your car. "Oil Change and a "leaky" tire" I took my car in for the scheduled oil change. I mentioned that my front passenger tire kept losing air. That morning as I backed out of our garage I had less than 10psi. So happy that there is a WAWA within 5 miles of our home. Filled the tire and proceeded on my way. Fortunately, we purchased the tire protection. I was back on the road in about 2 1/2 hours with my oil changed, new tire on the front passenger side, and a nice clean car.

"Average " Quick to send you to the sales Deparment. Very nice that my mini was washed. Service rep was nice but not very friendly. First person we talked to didn’t informed me he was going to be away for long period of time so it was awkward calling him with questions and had to deal with someone else.

"issue not fixed" The problem my son brought the car in for was not identified or fixed. However, they did identify multiple other issues to fix. My son states the car is still making the noise and took a video of the noise to show the dealership so they can diagnose and fix the problem.

Hello - although Jesse came in with a clunking noise in the power steering at low speeds, we were not able to duplicate the noise while here. We did, however, find a power steering leak and repaired it. It seems that did not help. We did just receive the videos that Jesse sent and hear the noise while it looks like the car is stationary. Charlotte has reached out to Jesse to try and resolve his concerns.
What a nightmare. Lousy service and salesperson( Michelle). Left waiting for 20 minutes with no explanation. Low ball on our trade-in and offered us lousy rates. Lots of attitude. We went to Main Line Mini and got fair trade in value and a far lower rate. Run away.

Sales Rep had over-boooked both himself and the sample car for the new Mini Countryman S ALL4. Worse yet, he had flat-out lied about the availability of a manual model of the car being available to test drive. As late as 11 AM that same day, he failed to contact me and let me know it wasn't available.
