I purchased my MCCS from Holly and she ahs been wonderful. Every question I had before and after delivery has been answered promptly, punctially, and properly. It is nice to know there are poeple like Holly out there to make customers like me feel appreciated and improtant. Thanks to such excelent customer service from Holly and the rest of the Ottos MINI team, I will 100% purchase my next vehicle there.

Awesome Dealership and Sales team. Very helpful and knowledgeable! They are willing to help in every way to make your experience enjoyable. If I had a question I always had a return call within an hour of a message. Even 6 months later, I called and they were right there to help. Would not go anywhere else!

Holly was very helpful and informative with all the cars and models. Stuck pretty firm on pricing but overall was an experience I've never had with a car dealership before. The options available for test drives helped make my choices and all her follow up for anything related Mini, and some not, has been great. Thank you.

After horrible sales and service experience at Mini of the Main Line, I started taking my Mini to Otto's for service and they have exceeded every expectation! Thanks Otto's!

"Preston is great" Preston is great. However, when I dropped my car off and tried to confirm that the work would be finished that day, as I was promised on the phone, the person who checked me in could not guarantee that. When I asked about it, his answer was “we close at 6:00”. That did not answer my question. Other than that, everything else was great.

"Ripped off" All was fine, except technician I spoke to regarding rental car given to me failed to listen, this ended in me being charged $20 for gas I did not use. I drove 90 miles. Car was given to me half full and slip marked as 3/4 full. I put 3 gallons in. I told all this to technician. Then charged to fill the tank, I drove 90 miles, how could I have used 7 gallons either way. Very disappointed.

"Inspection" I arranged to wait for my vehicle as I live 90+ minutes away. My vehicle was taken in at the arranged time and a review of the expected services commenced. I had a nice waiting area to perform my paperwork so I did lose work time. Preston came to me and gave an update on my vehicle along with suggested future service. I was departing from service just two hours after I put in for oil change, inspection, scheduled maintenance and spare tire check.
