The MINI is an awesome car with fantastic mileage. So much fun to drive that I bought a Clubman a few months after my wife bought the MINI cooper, from the same salesperson. Otto's has done routine maintenance on my car twice and both times I was pleased with the results. They always great me with a smile and take great care with my lovely little car. Scheduling the appointments is easy (by phone or on their website) and they met their promised completion time. Otto's is also a very good corporate citizen, supporting local non-profit organizations. Thanks again, Otto's!

The whole experience with Holly and with Otto Mini has been nothing but incredible! What a great group to work with when buying my new car. Very professional. Very fun! Very thorough. Friends suggested that I go to Otto's, see Holly, and test drive a MINI. The moment I walked through the door, I felt welcome. I met Holly, asked a million questions, and then asked to 'test drive a Cooper'. Holly answered another million questions, and suggested that I also go out in a Clubman. I shopped for my new mini between 3 or 4 other dealers. Otto's beat the other dealership's deals and had the best inventory to deal with. My consultant was great! We corresponded several days or a week over email. I live about 2 1/2 hours from the dealership, and we were able to put together a smokin deal via email. They gave me a fair price on my trade, and we drove off into the sunset! The dealership is beautiful and everyone seemed very genuine and happy. Would recommend any one to use Otto's for their MINI purchase.

I can't stop smiling. I bought a Mini this weekend from Brook at Otto's Mini. He is the best salesperson east of the Mississippi. He is SO 'The Man'. I've lusted after Mini's for years and finally got one. I can die now. Otto's Mini wins the prize for the best sales department (Brook, Holly - she gave me a toy car that looked like mine, and Michele, whose desk has the same personality as me. I stumbled upon Otto's Mini after a few false starts with two other dealers. I wish I found Otto's first! I had a great salesperson in Holly Hunter--professional, smart, caring, accessible, thorough and fun. I received what I thought was a very fair price, and she helped me get the car I wanted quickly. The last thing I expected to do was to hand her a check for deposit at 4:55 pm on a Saturday before they were closing after a test-drive, but there I was doing so. Thanks to the reviews I read on this site we decided to contact Otto's to purchase our first Mini. Every comment is true! Today we drove away with our new Mini in amazement as to how smooth and easy the entire process was start to finish. Michelle Dewey our salesperson is well versed on the car as well as finance. She made the experience pleasant which is not a word normally used to describe a car buying experience. Any questions we had were answered promptly and honestly.
