Holly Hopkins is such a fun, likable & friendly salesperson that we test drove together for 2 miles before we realized we hadn't even discussed the car yet - we were just chatting. But when it did come time to discuss the car, she knew exactly what she was talking about. Wonderful service - never pushy, but always attentive and thorough. I love how she looked at my "ideal" car (based on my online submission) and was able to find one on the lot that came close. I'd recommend Holly, and Otto's, to anyone.
The reason I am so pleased with my mini is Holly hopkins !!! My first experience with her was the very day I decided to check mini's out which was about Aug 2009 ?? Before I even walked through the door of the dealership, I felt comfortable that the dealership was going to do whatever they needed to have me leaving with a smile on my face. I had dealt with Brook through the phone prior to my visit at the dealership, and when we met face to face it confirmed the fact that I was dealing with a top dealership. My car buying experience at Otto's was the best I have ever had, thanks to Holly. She is a great spokesperson for MINI. Holly is professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to giving excellent customer service. She was fair and worked hard to make sure that I got the car I wanted when I wanted it ,for the price I wanted! I visited Otto's back in February JUST to test drive. I was in the market for a 3 year old Mini. Michelle showed me why (resale value, financing, warranty) it would make sense to buy new vs. used....she was absolutely right. To make a long story short, i purchase a brand new 2010 Mini that day. Michelle guided me thru all the extras. She is a pro! Knows the product 100%, puts the customer totally at ease and has a winning personality. My brother may be in the market for a Mini and will definitely buy from Michelle at Otto's.
My overall experience was amazing. I checked out Otto's first and then went to the dealership in Bala Cynwood. Holly Hopkins' at Otto's by far was such a better salesperson. She did not sell me she was just honest. At Bala Cynwood it was a very unconfortable situation. I would recommend Otto's to anyone who was looking to buy a mini. My moved liked my experience so much that she is thinking of going to Otto's to buy a mini there.
