"efficient and great staff" had the state inspection and picked up a loaner for the time we needed. they did state inspection and changed the brakes since that was needed as well. Preston handled everything well and it was a very easy quick service appointment thanks

"Great Car Buying Experience" We felt very comfortable with Pete and the whole dealership and feel extremely pleased with our purchase. "Great experience" I am a three time Mini buyer, with the last two coming from Otto’s. I love the brand and appreciate the interaction/relationship with the folks at Otto’s. The cars are fun and the people are friendly and consultative. Preston in Service is straight forward and great to work with. Raheem and Chad in Sales are fair, respectful, and easy to work with.
"Every Mini owner I asked told me to go to Otto's" I just bought my first Mini (2006 Mini S John Player Works) from an owner in Maryland after a year-long search. It had to be inspected in PA and I also needed to find some place to have it serviced in the future. Almost all Mini owners I talked to kept recommending Otto's for all my Mini needs. The Mini is now PA legal and my service advisor, Preston Jackson, was delightful, knowledgeable and spot on. I'll be back.
