"Stress Free Experience" Leased a new mini countryman from Otto's. This was a totally non-car buying experience. No stress, no pressure. We walked in, told them we're looking at several brands. They showed us what we were interested in... and then we left to go to see other brands we were considering. We told them we might be back. Peter was great. No pressure.
