"Easy to work with, patient in answering questions" Pete was easy to work with. I knew what I wanted, Otto's had what I wanted and in just 2 phone calls we had the deal worked out. The key was clear communication on the key parameters. he got that and did NOT try to complicate the sale. Thanks for making is so easy!

"Great experience buying from Otto's" Pete was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and ultimately purchased. He made the buying process virtually stress free and answered all of my questions without issue. Anytime I asked for documentation or other information he was quick to respond with exactly what I was looking for. I would encourage anyone interested in a Mini to check out Otto's and to work with Pete if possible. Thanks for the great experience!

"Prompt, efficient and courteous." It was one of the easiest car buying experience we had. We had productive, straightforward yet convivial conversations with Pete. We would certainly consider buying another car from Otto's especially if we dealt with Pete.

"Efficient and helpful" Preston helped clarify some of my questions and kept me up to date on the status of my servicing. I appreciated the initiative he showed to keep me informed and back in my car in good condition. The service link is definitely a helpful tool to help the customer understand what the service center recommends and why work needs to be done. My only complaint is seeing a charge labeled “other” on my bill to change one tire and not having it clarified what exactly that means.

"Not sure my experience is finished" An apparent communications glitch occurred where we never received a call that our car was ready. It happens, unfortunately we tried to find out about the car twice with no return communications. I was able to catch Preston during the day and arrange a pick up of the car. I drove it home and the first time we went to use the car (this morning) a bunch of sensors lit up the dashboard. So I am bringing it back for what I consider service visit 1B. "Mistook experience for High-end All Inclusive Resort" My experience was on par with a high-end all-inclusive resort. Newly renovated service, sales showroom was worth the investment. Planning on scheduling my next service at Otto’s.

"Excellent service" Otto’s provides an excellent overall service experience. You are greeted undercover and taken to your Service Rep, Preston in my case. I chose to wait for my service to be completed so Preston escorted to the waiting area after he checked me in. The waiting area has excellent secure wifi, a well stocked coffee and snack area.
