It’s a very good dealership with great service and a most professional staff. "Easy and smooth experience" Getting our Mini serviced here was easy and smooth - dropped off the car and was able to sit around in their showroom and do some work while I waited. The facilities are nice and I'd happily do it again. Preston was super friendly in particular, and efficient - no mucking around and overall it was a great experience. Only thing that would put a cherry on top is a bit more of a clean of the car.
