"This is my fifth Mini but since I recently moved to..." This is my fifth Mini but since I recently moved to Delaware, Otto’s became my go to dealer. It’s a very good dealership with great service and a most professional staff. A shout out to Pete Barcus who put me in a brand new Countryman and Chad Carey who made the transition from one lease to another seamless and pain fear. Thank you guys, you’re the best!

"Easy and smooth experience" Getting our Mini serviced here was easy and smooth - dropped off the car and was able to sit around in their showroom and do some work while I waited. The facilities are nice and I'd happily do it again. Preston was super friendly in particular, and efficient - no mucking around and overall it was a great experience. Only thing that would put a cherry on top is a bit more of a clean of the car.
