"Great experience!" Michael helped my mom with getting her 3rd Mini (she's 83!!). He was a pleasure to deal with. Funny and friendly. Very thorough when we picked up the car. He spent a lot of time going through all the bells and whistles and never made us feel rushed. You can tell he is genuinely passionate about Minis. Thank you Michael!!

"Go buy a Mini!" I test drove 6 cars. My last car was the Mini Countryman and it surely was last but not least! Small but roomy, so well appointed, and so much personality! "Bought a new mini" We went in to buy a mini with a few specific features in mind. We were able to get everything we were looking and more for in a fully featured car at the trim level. We were able to get the car quickly, with no delays. We had a very qregarious and amicable salesman, who not only sold us the car at a reasonable price, but also stayed late well after the dealership had closed. Next time I'm in the market for a mini I'll be dealing with Micheal at Otto's.
