My experience at Auto Nation Car needed a normal service. Dealer found a broken part that needed replacement but didnt have the spare available, Need to return which is good as the car Status still says it needs a service and break fluid check. Thought these would be reset ready for the next service interval.
Mini of Stevens Creek is top notch! Our Service writers, Trent and Jennifer are, by far the most professional, helpful and dedicated that we have ever experienced in the business. Their drive to take care of us is superb and something that should be seen as a model for others.
Mini of Stevens Creek Service Department My service technician Shana was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. Repairs were done relatively quickly (there was a long list!) and they discovered two issues still covered by the factory warranty. One of those was teplacement of the battery, which they did with no problem. I have read of other Mini dealerships where they have refused to cover battery replacement. Overall a very efficient and well-run iperation.
Great people at Mini of Stevens Creek Jennifer Flick in the service department is awesome. She takes the time to explain repairs/service. She's honest and very knowledgeable. I've had good interactions with the mechanics as well. They are always willing to go over the repairs and explain what was wrong and how they fixed it.
My feedback...! Car wash did not work, which is obviously a minus and for sure when you pay high dollars to have good service!
