Scheduled maintenance Everything went great. Just one small thing. On the drive home I noticed the circular light light in the middle of the dashboard wasn’t working. I called back but they couldn’t help me over the phone. But they did try. Made appointment to come back. With enough fiddling I got it working again. I just think they should have noticed it before turning the car over to me. Other than that everything went smooth.

Great customer service and easy buying process! Jennifer made purchasing our used car super easy. When we found the car on AutNation, it was actually not yet available as it needed to go through service to make any necessary repairs. She kept us updated on the status, and was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment for us to test drive the car. Overall Good Experience I’ve had numerous things go wrong with my Mini once it reached about 8 years old. I just moved to the San Jose area, so this was my first time at Mini of Stevens Creek. At first, I was very upset that there was something wrong with my car again (I’ve spent about $3000 on repairs in the last month). Outstanding customer service.
