Service of my Mini Great customer service. I waited for my Mini to be serviced and it was completed within 2 hours as promised.
Really good service and good car I had a really good experience getting my first car here. Vincent and Asefi have been really helpful. They were very patient in explaining the difference between different models. I am satisfied with the price they offered for my 2020 Mini Countryman. In addition, they are very helpful in finding an insurance of the lowest price. Jessica was also to get the lowest rate for a loan that I?ve ever seen. I actually don?t need to worry about anything here. They are really warm and helpful.
Yearly Service on my 2018 Mini Cooper S Countryman Awesome service and great experience. When you allow them to take their time, you get top notch service. Trent, my personal service advisor knows what my Mini means to me and he took good care of her.
My Mini Buying Experience Very nice space and professional interactions. Personable sales people and financial manager. The only downside is I had to wait over an hour to meet with financial person because one was ill. I was there for many hours overall...which seemed too long.
9/6/19 Routine Service at Mini of Stevens Creek Hector S., my fabulous new service advisor, post service patiently explained or addressed some of my concerns since my Cooper Convertible is 14 years old. I love my Mini, but the cost of repairs is pricey, especially as my car is older. (Sad). Joel, my preferred mechanic when I go in to Mini of Stevens Creek knows my model year, so I trust him completely to take care of my care and I request him all the time. Questions outstanding from last service visit (with another Service Advisor) were dealt with in a professional and helpful manner by Hector.
