Mini of Stevens Creek Car Service When I go to the dealership to have my car service, I expect excellent, friendly, and considerate service. Anything less will disappoint. Needless to say, I had an wonderful, happy-feel good service. Great car and buying experience! Love my new 2018 MINI Countryman S! The Stevens Creek store has a nice inventory of new and lightly used certified pre-owned vehicles in different trims and colors. Roof rack installation and checkup They were great. Explained the work to be done, accommodated my schedule, shuttled me home and back, no hidden or surprise charges and finished the work when expected. Staff was courteous and professional at every step.
Customer My service advisor Steven is a great guy and I like him a lot even though this the first time we met. He left big a huge expression with me. He very nice, knowledgeable and respectful to his costumers even though he is very young. He seems very mature for his age and responsible that blew me away. I carefully choose the advisor that I'm going to deal or work with and I have made an excellent choice.
