Just purchased from Mini of Stevens Creek My wife and I had a great experience picking out and picking up our new Mini Hardtop (it was a 2015 but was still new). We were able to communicate our needs to our sales representative Robert Roberts who was able to walk us through their existing inventory and get us into a new Mini that afternoon with no fuss at all. We love the car and the whole experience.
Lauren Ken was an awesome sales person, not too pushy, honest, and patient.
Ken from Mini Stevens Creek I came in looking for a used car, Ken helped me with price quotes online before I headed to the dealership. He was very quick in responses, and was very accomendating. When I arrived at the dealership, I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed, with Ken's help prior to coming in it made the process quick and easy. It was really an in and out process, which I really like. I would go back to this dealer, and recommend it to my friends. I walked out happy and with a car.
MiniC Arrived at appointed time and was called in less than 10 mins. Shane was wonderful pulling up our record to confirm the services to be done during this visit. And he delivered as promised by having the car ready for pickup by 4pm. 3 Stars for repair quality because this morning my co-worker came to tell me the hood of my car was not closed all the way although the lock is secured (thank goodness for that!).
