Great service I have my Mini serviced here. Great service from repairs to getting a loaner car and explanations on the technical stuff.
Mini oil change The first person to greet me was the person checking me in for my service appointment, he was friendly and very helpful.
Replace defective airbag sensor Overall a very positive experience. Really appreciated our service advisor, Trent, for working with us on providing a loaner vehicle while waiting to replace a defective passenger airbag sensor that took three months for the part to become available.
Trent Trent was my service person and he was super friendly, and he explained everything so that I knew what the service department would be doing to my mini. He was outstanding.
Mini of Stevens Creek By far one of the greatest car purchase experience ever. I have dealt with this dealership for a little over a couple years and decided with all the great service why not buy. My salesman Ken Orhan was very helpful and knowledgeable on my purchase with a new 2016 S Countryman. Mini repair Service for power steering pump recall. Jen the service rep. was outstanding. She took care of all the details, recommended a wonderful place for lunch, by the time I returned, everything was perfect. Will always ask for Jen when I need my Mini serviced.
