Great Service I bought a Mini Cooper Hard Top 4 Door on last Saturday and super happy with the car and the sales support. The sales executive Jaswant "Jesse" Bassi provided excellent information about the product. I was able to test drive 1.6 and 2.0 engines and finally chose the big brother. All the processes were finished quite efficiently and I was out with my new Mini. My all previous cars were "run of the mill" type but this one is different and makes me feel different.
service went well, almost Was taking my used Mini in for a recall service. They gave me a nice loaner car for the day mine was in the shop. It all went well except they forgot to get the key from me, which I assumed they didn't need as they are a dealer. Ooops. Went fine after I dropped the key off.
Great service, huge selection My experience at Mini of Stevens Creek was great! Huge selection of cars and Mariah was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful and easy going in my process of buying my Mini Cooper Sport. I would definitely tell friends about this place and have them request Mariah as their salesperson. Also Henry was very nice to work with in the financial area.

Terrific Service! My Mini is a new car again! My transmission blew out and I had to tow my car to MINI of Stevens Creek! Jennifer and Paul and their service team of techs were awesome! They explained everything thoroughly, Paul even took me into the shop to show what needed to be done, including other major repairs that was also needed and could be done at the same time. The whole repair job was pretty extensive and Jennifer was very mindful of my finances and worked with me to get everything done at a price I could afford. ... read more

Good assessment and explanation of repair needs I left my car at the MINI dealership to have my engine checked for a known defect in the timing chain. Service advisor was helpful in the condition assessment and in the explanation of repair needs. Timing chain was effectively deflected and had to be replaced. They also recommended extra maintenance services to be done soon. Got my car back in 2 days.
