Consistently Great Been coming here since the older, closer MINI dealership closed down. A friend who had a MINI told me of the service here, as well as the SA that I've have for a few years. While I've had snobby service at other MINI dealerships, I've never run into that here. I've never felt like I've been given a :line" about my car?even after it got into an accident (T-boned) I got honesty and various scenarios for repair This was consistent with another MINI dealership we had to work with?both were great. feedback I came in for an oil change. At the end I was not sure if my other liquids and tires had been checked. I forgot to ask. Tires were checked off as ok....I did not get an explanation of what that meant. I should of asked.....But assumed it was done....but the person helping me was already helping someone else when I was told my car was ready.
WALK IN with Service Engine light I've Ialways gone to Trent for advice and recommendations to keep my 2007 CooperS running perfectly. So a Service Engine light means "GOTO TRENT". If minor, the Mini Cooper Shop fixes it while I wait. They trust me to do my own oil changes using original filters and recommended oil and I do it each time we have our tires rotated every 5K-6K miles.

Mini Paradise I bought my MINI from these folks and no one else has laid a wrench on it. When it is in for service, the job is always done right and the car comes back with a fresh washing. What's not to like?
Shana Bates: Excellent Customer Service Shana was excellent. I felt she was knowledgeable and she listened attentively and answered my questions thoroughly. She was on time for my appointment, kept me informed and delivered excellent service. I cannot really judge the Quality of Repairs but everything appears to have been taken care of.
