Shane Cofer To The Rescue Shane Cofer, who handled my recall issue, was sensational. He not only lined up a car for me while the mechanics attended to my vehicle, he printed out directions to a nearby movie theater when I told him I wanted to see a film.
Great Stress-free buying experience Easy, stress-free, no sales pressure buying experience. Different than some other MINI dealerships, this one advertises the MSRP, but discounting is available, comparable to the other dealerships in the Bay Area. You just need to ask. Plus, they have a lot more selection for what I was looking for. Robert helped me, and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Great customer service They have promised to change my bonnet stripes on my 2015 Mini Cooper S as they were dirty and also buff and detail my car.
