Professional and knowledgeable Sales Person My overall experience was good except we had to wait 2 hours before going into the finance department to sign paperwork. The total time was a bit long from start to finish 5 hours. The sales person Melissa Rohrbacker was very professional and knowledgable in answering our questions. She did accommodate us in test driving 3 different Mini Coopers before making our decision. Just would have like the waiting time shorter, there should have been more then 1 finance person.

Great Efficient Service. Friendly Salesperson! Mariah was great! There was absolutely no pressure and our experience at MINI Stevens Creek was awesome! They also have the largest selection of MINIs on the Bay Area. There were so many to choose from. I would definitely recommend anyone that is looking to buy / lease a MINI in the Bay Area.
