Really great service, awesome car The buying experience was fantastic. Jeff, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was also very patient as I kept making changes to the configuration, or asking more details about certain options. He never pushed for adding more options, and even very honestly told me which ones I had added but didn't really need. The overall experience was great, and I love the Mini I got.
Love my Mini Cooper S 4-door Hardtop!!! Marco O. made my Mini purchasing experience an extremely low stressed experience. The real stress was deciding on the model, color and accessories to include! I could think of Marco as my kid brother, full of enthusiasm and energy for the product and brand he's representing. Great Mini Customer Service Experience Visited Mini of Stevens Creek last week for first time as I bought a used Clubman and had it serviced while checking on accessories. The service was simply incredible. Service and parts staff were courteous, super helpful, and prompt in every manner. I'm only giving 4/5 stars for facilities because other Mini dealers have a larger showroom area for store for Mini gear.
Great Experience I had a great time working with Marco. I really felt at ease purchasing a Mini with him. He had a lot of patience as I asked a long list of questions. He always answered with a smile. The way he handled all the communication, and expressions was very honest and kind. The dealer was not pushy unlike my experience with others. Although I had a small mis-happen, since I bought a certified used car, it was handled quite professionally. Highly recommended

I requested a Spanish speaking sales person and my request was accommodated. In less than 3 hours I walked out with a new mini, and it was delivered to my home!
